2. About Kailaras Committee

The Rangrez Community in Kailaras forms a vital, culturally rich, and economically dynamic segment of the Chambal region’s collective identity. For decades, our families in this territory have transitioned seamlessly from our historical roots in textile craft to becoming active contributors to local trade, agriculture, civil services, and academic sectors.
Formally structured to streamline central NGO benefits, the Kailaras Area Committee acts as a localized administrative bridge. Our objective is to ensure that no community household in the local mohallas is left behind. We work on the ground to manage direct resource allocation, verify census enrollment, and provide a rapid-response safety net for medical, financial, and educational emergencies.

3. President’s Message

Leadership Viewpoint: Connecting Our Roots to Modern Growth

“Our focus here in Kailaras is to turn collective intent into structured action. We are no longer operating in isolation. By integrating our local families into the central digital ecosystem of the Rangrez Community Bharat, we are creating transparent access to higher education grants, national job boards, and verified matrimonial matching.
I urge every elder, professional, and youth residing in Kailaras to complete their family registration immediately. Your data protection is fully guaranteed, and your enrollment strengthens our ability to advocate for government minority schemes and welfare allocations.”
— Janab Abdul Waheed Rangrez, President, Kailaras Area Committee

The Kailaras chapter firmly believes that strategic literacy and professional education are the ultimate tools for social reform. We celebrate our local trailblazers who have broken economic barriers this year:

  • Zubair Ahmed Rangrez: Successfully cleared the NEET 2025 Examination and secured admission to a government medical college.
  • Suhail Ansar Rangrez: Appointed as a Sub-Inspector after passing the competitive state civil examinations.

Ground Realities: Our Local Field Footprint

Through targeted local donations and administrative support from the central trust, the Kailaras Committee has successfully driven the following welfare metrics over the past 12 months:

  • Direct Educational Subsidies: Provided school fee renewals and book kit provisions to 42 underprivileged students across local public sectors.
  • Emergency Triage & Healthcare: Directed ₹1.8 Lakhs from the local emergency corpus to fund three critical cardiac and orthopedic procedures for non-earning community members.
  • Artisan & MSME Empowerment: Conducted two specialized workshops at the local community center, helping 28 local cloth merchants and micro-traders apply for government artisan cards and interest-free minority loans.

7. Future Goals (Aspirations 2026–2027)

The Kailaras Area Committee has laid out a clear roadmap to escalate our socio-economic metrics over the next fiscal year:

  • 100% Census Coverage: Bring all remaining unregistered Rangrez households in peripheral villages of Kailaras under the secure encrypted database.
  • The Digital Library Project: Set up a physical study hub equipped with high-speed internet and standard textbooks to help competitive exam aspirants study in a quiet environment.
  • Women’s Skill Incubation: Launch a localized vocational training center specializing in modern apparel designing and digital financial literacy to help women attain financial independence from home.
